A platoon of experimenters has revealed a significant link between wakefulness and high blood pressure, especially among women.
A study published in the journal Hypertension by experimenters at Brigham and Women's Hospital Network Medicine in the US highlights the important part of quality sleep in maintaining good health.
Brigham and Harvard Medical School lead experimenter Dr. Shahab Hagaye has linked an increased threat of high blood pressure in people passing wakefulness symptoms, especially in women.
The study followed 66,122 actors between the periods of 25 and 42. According to the results, women with sleep problems had increased weight gain, lower physical exertion and shy diet.
The exploration also set up that women who sleep lower than seven to eight hours a night or who have trouble sleeping have a significantly advanced threat of developing high blood pressure.
